Since the mid-1990s, technology (mainly but not only the internet) has allowed individuals and groups to have their say in ways hitherto impossible. The government has been playing legislative catch-up, but loopholes remain for small independent producers. Many of the rules are new and untested. This site is an attempt to clarify the terrain. New Media & politics in Singapore
New Media, politics and the law. These three elements are certainly a potent mix when you consider that they push the limits of what is acceptable into uncharted territories.
