Duh moment @ City Hall

While visiting the Singapore Biennale at City Hall, I came across this interesting sign that is at the doorway into the building. If you can't quite read the text in the photo, here it is:

He entered this building
He filled its interior with pheromones

I'm still wondering what this sign is about. It is part of the Biennale exhibit or is it something else?
