BBFC considers classifying web vids

Guardian UK is reporting that the British Board of Film Classification is looking at the possibility of rating web videos. Although the intention is noble, it is difficult to envision how this will be done. The Internet cuts across boundaries and there are so many videos on the net these days. Just think of sits like YouTube... how can one possibly rate even single video on there? At best, this will be an advisory system. I'm just totally skeptical about this.
