It seems like the Singapore subway, also know as the MRT, is being invaded by vegetation. Just take a look at the leaves curling round the hand-holds in the train. Well, it's actually just a promotional stunt by the airline SilkAir. It's an attempt to create an off-the-beaten-track look signifying that the airline flies to exotic locations. Company promos/ads sure are doing unusual things to grab our attention.
