Many folks have fond memories of the Famicom, otherwise known as the NES. This console is the one that made many folk's childhood a joy with things like Mario and Zelda. This site actually contains pictures of Famicon clones. For those who didn't actually get to play the games on the original NES, maybe these are the subsitutes. To date there are 316 clones available on the site.
