Putrid Tunnel->Cutthroat Cave->Infected Encampment

In order to gain some XP and loot, the party decided to try out a Random Dungeon on Casual Mode. Of course, there is nothing casual about the dungeon, as they would soon find out.

First, they entered a Putrid Tunnel filled with the smell of Living Corpses and slimey Oozes. Fighting through this was still quite manageable. 

Next, they entered a Cutthroat Cave. The Bandits there didn’t give the party any chance to enter the cave as the Hounds advanced towards the entrance preventing them from getting a foothold in the new area. The Bandit Guards followed and with their strong attacks, kept the party at bay. Bandit Archers fired their arrows at long range, and soon Weaver was out of action.

Brutus and Weaver were left to carry on the adventure, but at least they manage to survive the room, only to clear the rest of the enemies at the chokepoint of the entrance to the cave.  

Moving forward, the remaining heroes exited the cave, only to find themselves in an Infected Encampment with Giant Vipers around the remains of a campfire and some Oozes.

The Vipers swarmed forward, again leaving Brutus stuck at the entrance to the area.

THe Oozes also began to multiply and soon there were nine Oozes in the area. All that was too much for the party to handle, with Tinder finally exhausting his cards. While Brutus managed to cut down five Vipers surrounding him, it was too much as the Elite Viper dealt the killing blow.

Not a success, but at least the party gained some XP and gold in the process.
