Web browsers compared

Ever since Internet Explorer put Netscape out of business, the web browser scene has been a little boring. However, with the entry of Firefox that is based on the Mozilla code, the browser war is heating up once again.

Most folks using Windows will tend to be IE users. For those using the Mac, Safari is the one that comes preinstalled. Now, Firefox has entered the fray and allows its users the freedom to use extensions to make their surfing experience as bland or as powerful as they want.

With other browsers gaining ground, it's no wonder CNET is doing a comparison between IE and other browsers. It's a good read and a nice quick way to find out the similarities and differences between the browsers.
