I've previously posted links to the recent blog posts that ripping MP3s from CDs that you own are illegal. Yes, when you buy CDs, under the Singapore law, you can't transfer the tunes to your MP3 players. So, your MP3 players are essentially paperweights... well, in a sense.
Anyway, on the "Snowburn" blog, the author has posted his own views on this... Interesting views, but I'm still not convinced.
